Yoga – Move out the Fear Factor

Charmaine van Niekerk - Yoga Instructor

Using Yoga to Identify and move out Fear

The intent for these short yoga practices is to identify your fear, what it is, and that it’s there. And move it out. Fear has the primordial purpose of protecting us. It lives in our cell tissue and tells us when to run or fight.Be bold and free yourself from fear.

To move forward, you need to know your fears and the actions that are needed to alleviate it. Holding the physical poses of yoga will help you identify fear in your heart. Recognize how it feels and how you respond. Choose a healing action.

Work with a warrior’s heart – plant your feet and use your breath to move it out. Join us for weekly Zoom yoga classes to work on moving out fear!
