FREE Mindfulness Introduction & Orientation

This free Mindfulness introduction is open to anyone who is curious about mindfulness in addition to how it can improve their health and well-being. Likewise, if you want to learn more about the 8-week MBSR program and whether it may be appropriate for you at this time.

8-Week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course

Heart Lake

This 8-week Mindfulness course teaches you how to apply mindfulness in everyday life as well as to challenges arising from medical and psychological conditions. This is the original program developed by Jon Kabat Zinn.

6-Week Mindfulness Basics course

Mindfulness Basics is an 6-week experiential class designed to help us to become more mindful in all aspects of our life, including thoughts, feelings, and our relationship with others. This class is appropriate for anyone who wants to learn practical Mindfulness, or wants to refresh the fundamentals of their training.

Everyday Mindfulness Practice

This Mindfulness class is designed to help you become more mindful/aware in all aspects of your life, including family, work, and sport. You will learn how to reduce stress and feel happier by changing your relationship with your body, mind, and emotions, becoming more present and connected.

Half-day Beginning Mindfulness Workshop Intensive

This workshop is an introduction to Mindfulness and a way to get started with your mindfulness practice, especially if you are unable to attend the 8-week course at this time.

One-day Mindfulness Retreat

This all-day Mindfulness retreat is open to people of all levels including beginners and experienced meditators.
