This 12-week online group wellness program targets women aged 45–65 navigating menopause, focusing on improving health, strength, and wellness within a small, supportive group capped at 14.

- Strength Workouts: I deliver two progressive sessions weekly via the Trainerize app—structured yet adjustable to your schedule.
