This free Mindfulness introduction is open to anyone who is curious about mindfulness in addition to how it can improve their health and well-being.

What this class covers?
You have the opportunity to meet the instructor and learn how the stress reaction cycle affects our health. You will get to try some of the meditation techniques and learn practical suggestions for applying mindfulness in everyday life.
Participants of the eight-week MBSR program must attend one of the orientation lectures and meet with the instructor.
