Everyday Mindfulness Practice

Are you in pain, stressed or worried, anxious or depressed? Do you want to cope better?

Develop new habits and skills to use for the rest of your life – decrease stress, improve focus, build resilience


What will I learn and how will I benefit?

This Mindfulness class is designed to help you become more mindful/aware in all aspects of your life, including family, work, and sport.

You will learn how to reduce stress and feel happier by changing your relationship with your body, mind, and emotions, becoming more present and connected.

You will receive step-by-step guided instruction in mindfulness meditation and yoga and participate in group discussion aimed at enhancing everyday awareness and understanding.



5-weekly one-hour classes

  • Session #1: Wednesdays May 29 – June 26 at 7:30 -8:30 pm
  • Session #2: Wednesdays July 3 – July 31 at 7:30 -8:30 pm
