Running and run coaching has a special place in our offerings. Running is what started my passion for a healthy-fit-yoga lifestyle, and continues to do so more than three decades later.

We offer Yoga to help you build a strong mind-body-spirit, Mindfulness Training to help you build resilience to deal with whatever comes your way, and Fitness, and Lifestyle Coaching for holistic health.
