Our free introduction to MBSR orientation sessions are open to everyone who is curious about mindfulness and wants to learn more about our courses and events, or whether it may be appropriate for you at this time.
You have the opportunity to meet the instructor and learn how the stress reaction cycle affects our health. You will get to try some of the meditation techniques and learn practical suggestions for applying mindfulness in everyday life.
Participants of the eight-week MBSR program must attend one of the orientation lectures and meet with the instructor.
